Meet Chad Dickinson, the founder and lead attorney at Arch Tax. Chad graduated from Rochester

University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. From there, Chad attended

Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, graduating in 2008. Chad has developed a long-

standing passion for taxation and tax representation. This passion started by participating in the

Volunteer Income Tax Association (VITA) program in law school, providing free tax services to taxpayers.

Chad has spent the past 15 years working in the tax field and has used that experience to form Arch Tax

in 2022. Chad takes pride in his blue-collar approach and will work tirelessly on your behalf. He has a

passion for helping others and it shows in the high level of service he provides.

Michael McAllister

Director of Operations, Arch Tax Company

Meet Michael “Mac” McAllister, the Director of Operations at Arch Tax. Chad and Michael met in 2011

working for a large tax company in Chicago and immediately hit it off. They have worked together on

and off throughout the years. When the opportunity to form Arch Tax Company arose, they jumped at

the opportunity to work together again.

Michael graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history from Carroll University in 2008. Despite his

history background, he started his career in financial services, until finding his passion for taxation in

2011. Michael excels in tax preparation for both individual and business tax returns. His customer

service and case management skills are unparalleled. Like Chad, Michael has a strong blue-collar

approach. He and Chad enjoy rolling up their sleeves and working hard to get results for their clients.
